Mariano, Director for Clinical Support Services Department’s leading petty officer (right), with a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during a ceremony at the hospital Oct. 1. The Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal is awarded for heroism and meritorious achievement and service.
