Todd Winn, commanding officer of NTAG Philadelphia and Sheila Ireland, Deputy Secretary, Workforce Development, Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, to discuss collaborative opportunities for outreach to unemployed and underemployed Pennsylvania citizens. The meeting served to increase awareness of Navy career opportunities. NTAG Pittsburgh, part of Navy Recruiting Command, recruits the next generation of Navy Sailors throughout areas in Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Maryland.
