Mississippi Valley Division commanding general Maj. Gen. Diana Holland and New Orleans Emergency Field Office (EFO) commander Maj. ChaTom "CT" Warren visit the EFO in New Orleans, Louisiana, Sept. 24, and speak with USACE staff managing the USACE's Operation Blue Roof program in response to Hurricane Ida.
USACE is working in partnership with the local, state, and federal response to Hurricane Ida. FEMA has assigned the USACE the Temporary Roofing mission known as Operation Blue Roof.
