Beck Tmetuchl, a dog handler with the Palau Narcotics Enforcement Unit, participates in canine training
in Koror, Republic of Palau, Sept. 8, 2021. The purpose of this training is to help the canines become
comfortable with turbulence while patrolling in boats. Task Force Koa Moana 21 believes enhancing
partner-nation security capabilities enables a greater shared contribution to maritime and international
security.
