Replay, an explosive detection canine with the Palau Narcotics Enforcement Unit, plays fetch after
participating in training conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Palau Narcotics Enforcement Unit in
Koror, Republic of Palau, Sept. 8, 2021. The purpose of this training is to help the canines become
comfortable with turbulence while patrolling in boats. Task Force Koa Moana 21 focuses on improving
readiness and strengthening capabilities ahead of real-world crises.
