U.S. Coastguardsmen with Task Force Koa Moana 21, I Marine Expeditionary Force, participate in canine
training with the Palau Narcotics Enforcement Unit in Koror, Republic of Palau, Sept. 8, 2021. The
purpose of this training is to help the canines become comfortable with turbulence while patrolling in
boats. Task Force Koa Moana 21 is designed to help increase the operational capability of partner-nation
security and law enforcement forces.
