1st Infantry Division Soldiers attend a Leadership Professional Development panel held Sept. 22, 2021, at Fort Riley, Kansas. As a part of 1ID’s monthly year-long observance (Big Red One Year of Honor), panelists discussed how valor played a vital role in their lives and how it can transfer over into other aspects of leadership.
