Lt. Cmdr. Lou C. Cimorelli, a family practice physician and ward officer aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), renders medical aid to a victim of Tropical Cyclone Sidr in south Khali. Kearsarge and the embarked elements of the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) arrived off the coast of Bangladesh, Nov. 23, to support ongoing relief efforts at the request of the Bangladesh government.
