Col. Jim 'Comet' Halley retired after 34 years of service in a ceremony held at the 104th Fighter Wing. Brig. Gen. Peter T. Green III, Assistant Adjutant General for Air, Massachusetts Air National Guard, presents Halley with a gift from the Massachuetts ANG Joint Force Headquarters. Halley served at the 104FW as an A-10 crew chief, A-10 pilot, and as an F-15C pilot. Distinguished guests present included retired Lt. Gen. L. Scott 'Catfish' Rice, Maj. Gen. Jon 'Motley' Mott, Brig.
