Col. Jim 'Comet' Halley retired after 34 years of service in a ceremony held at the 104th Fighter Wing. Retired Lt. Gen. L. Scott 'Catfish' Rice, Brig. Gen. Peter T. Green III, and Halley stand for the reading of his retirement order. Halley served at the 104FW as an A-10 crew chief, A-10 pilot, and as an F-15C pilot. Distinguished guests present included retired Lt. Gen. L. Scott 'Catfish' Rice, Maj. Gen. Jon 'Motley' Mott, Brig. Gen. Peter T. Green III, Col. William 'Sling' Bladen, Col.
