New York, NY, Sept. 8, 2021—FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance Teams (DSAT) arrive in an Astoria, Queens, neighborhood to help residents apply for assistance after heavy rains from the remnants of Tropical Cyclone Ida flooded their neighborhood.
