Members of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) conduct an honorable carry ceremony, Sept. 15, 2021, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. This concluded DPAA's fifth recovery mission to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic for the fiscal year 2021 and resulted in one transfer case with possible remains.
