Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead congratulates the U.S. Naval Academy team following a 38-3 victory over the Black Knights of the Army. The 108th Army/Navy football game was held at M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore. The Navy Midshipmen have now won the last six Army/Navy battles. The 8-4 Midshipmen have accepted an invitation to play in the Poinsettia Bowl in San Diego, Calif., Dec. 20.
