FORT CARSON, Colo. — Col. Matthew N. Fandre receives the colors to assume command of the 627th Hospital Center during a change of command ceremony at Founders Field June 2, 2021. Col. Roger S. Giraud, commander, 1st Medical Brigade, passed the colors to Fandre, signifying the change of command. Col. Hope M. Williamson-Younce, right, departs Fort Carson for the Washington, D.C. area, where she will serve as the deputy corps chief of the Army Nurse Corps.
