Tanner Tilton, an explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), screens dirt during a recovery mission in Lao People's Democratic Republic, Aug. 07, 2021. DPAA personnel arrived to conduct excavation operations in an effort to find a U.S. reconnaissance pilot lost over Northern Laos during the Vietnam War.
