David Wilson, Peterson-Schriever Garrison vice commander, provides opening remarks at the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Remembrance Week flag raising ceremony at Vosler Noncommissioned Officer Academy on Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, Sept. 13, 2021.
