    BATON ROUGE, La. -- U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Kade Haldeman, an emergency room trauma nurse prepares to give a non-COVID-19 patient intravenous therapy in Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Sept. 7, 2021.
