Soldiers assigned to 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) arrive at Port Arthur, Tx, September 2, 2021 where they have been working alongside
11th Transportation Battalion to download nearly 1500 military vehicles from U.S. Naval Ships Mendonca and Gilliland.
“Operations have been going very smooth up to this point,” said Maj. Kolby Bissell, G33 Current Operations for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). “It’s been a huge help having 11th Transportation Battalion assisting us, we are well on track to be able to head of JRTC where we will test and refine our war fighting capabilities.”
