Congratulations to the Ghostrider Soldiers that joined the 1,000 pound club 13 Aug. They kicked off #FitnessFriday with a friendly competition to see who squat, bench and deadlift more. Today’s challenge brought Soldiers, Officers and Warrant Officers together to break down barriers and build a cohesive team. The following Soldiers joined the 1,000 pound club: Spc.
