One of several new dining facilities is shown Aug. 9, 2021, at Fort McCoy, Wis. In recent years several new dining facilities have been built at the post, and they are needed because they increase food-service capabilities, according to the Fort McCoy Logistics Readiness Center Food Supply Services Division Food Program Office. The office oversees the food-service contract for Fort McCoy dining facilities. Each of the new facilities can be operated as a unit-operated dining facility. The facilities are being built on several acres of land, and they have large parking lots and plenty of space for customers. (U.S. Army Photo by Scott T.
