Ukrainian Air Force members perform Tactical Combat Casualty Care techniques with U.S. Air Force Special Tactics Operators assigned to the 24th Special Operations Wing and a U.S. Air Force Flight Doctor assigned to the 352d Special Operations Wing during a training event in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, Aug. 13, 2021.
