United States Marines and Sailors with Chemical Biological Incident Response Force (CBIRF) conduct live nerve agent training at Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Training Facility, Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., from Aug. 10-13, 2021. This training is crucial for members of CBIRF because it allows the Marines and Sailors to operate in a real CBRN environment and at the same time, increases confidence in both their protective and detection equipment, which allows them to expeditiously respond in the most austere of environments.
