U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Nina Valenzuela, aircraft services technician, 43rd Air Mobility Squadron, received the May 2021 AMC Command Chief Airman of the Month Award. She recently scored 98% on her 5-level Career Development Course end of course exam. Valenzuela was hand-selected to participate in Exercise MOBILITY GUARDIAN 2021 where she rallied her team to process 290 passenger and load 1.5 million pound of cargo on 193 missions. Along with being presented a certificate and coin for this accomplishment, Valenzuela will meet with Command Chief Master Sgt. Brian P. Kruzelnick, Air Mobility Command, and participate in a year-long project alongside other AMC award winners to tackle a real Air Force issue and determine actionable solutions to the problem.
