John Lobus of the 110th Information Operations Battalion conducts the 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift during the Army Combat Fitness Test, which is one of the six events in the ACFT, on Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, August 7, 2021. Soldiers of the MDNG’s 291st Digital Liaison Detachment, 110th Information Operations Battalion and 169th Cyber Protection Team completed the ACFT. The ACFT is intended to improve Soldier physical readiness, transform the culture of Army fitness, reduce preventable injuries and attrition, enhance mental strength and stamina, and contribute to increased unit readiness.
