    341st Missile Wing

Master Sgt. Adam Benton, left, and Doug Van Dorn, right, 341st Missile Wing Installation Personnel Reliability Assurance Program monitors, pose for a photo Aug. 9, 2021, at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Mont. PRAP was established in 2016 to make sure those who work directly with nuclear-capable weapons, including the Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile, are mentally and physically able to perform their duties at all times. As Malmstrom’s PRAP monitors, Benton and Van Dorn maintain PRAP rosters, assist units through inspections and provide training and guidance to unit PRAP monitors and base personnel. PRAP monitor positions are historically filled by personnelists, however, Benton is the first Airman from the security forces career field to take on the position at Malmstrom.
