CARIBBEAN SEA - (July 21, 2021) -- Coast Guardsmen assigned to Tactical Law Enforcement Team 105 attached to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Sioux City (LCS 11), prepare to transfer 575 kilograms of suspected contraband to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15), July 21, 2021.
