A U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft is operating on what appears to be an unpaved or semi-prepared landing strip in a rural, hilly terrain. The aircraft is generating a large dust cloud behind it, consistent with landing or takeoff on a dirt/gravel surface. The markings 'U.S. AIR FORCE' and an American flag are clearly visible on the fuselage and tail.
