McDwyer, command sergeant major, First Army, visited the Mobilization Division, visited the Mobilization Division, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security (DPTMS), at Fort Bliss, Texas, on July 30, 2021. During the visit, Aguto and McDwyer were provided an initial orientation of the Fort Bliss Mobilization Force Generation Installation (MFGI) in support of U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard units and visited the Dona Ana Range Complex, New Mexico.
