JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO - FORT SAM HOUSTON - (July 28, 2021) Chief Constructionman Andrew McCauley, of Wellington, Fla., a military enlisted processing classifier assigned to Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio, was promoted to the rank of senior chief petty officer by Cmdr. Stephani Simoni, acting commanding officer, Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) San Antonio at the Warrior and Family Support Center. McCauley, a 2004 graduate of Wellington High School, had his insignia pinned on by his children. He joined America’s Navy in 2004 becoming a recruiter in 2014. NTAG San Antonio’s area of responsibility includes two Talent Acquisition Onboarding Centers (TAOC) which manage more than 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Central and South Texas territory.
