Katzer, 633rd Civil Engineer commander, and Col. Korvin Auch, 633rd Air Base Wing commander, cut the ribbon during the opening ceremony of Raptor Town at Langley Air Force Base, Va., Sept. 27, 2012. The ceremony was held to mark the last day RED HORSE personnel from various bases were temporarily-on-duty at Langley, constructing Raptor Town.
