U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Kyle W. Bissol, a combat instructor with India Company, Marine Combat Training Battalion (MCT), School of Infantry East, preforms a speed reload on an M4A1 carbine during the Instructor Stakes Competition at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 8, 2021. The competition was held to foster unit cohesion and camaraderie amongst the combat instructors. After this first iteration, MCT plans to host the competition annually.
