U.S. Airmen from the 125th Fighter Wing perform a physical fitness assessment July 15, 2021 at the Jacksonville Air National Guard Base, FL, marking the start of official testing since 2020. The U.S. Air Force paused official testing for more than a year following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic last year. The revised version of the assessment now includes increased scoring for push-ups and sit-ups from 10 to 20 points each, five-year age groups and the waist measurement no longer being required.
