Cpl. Karl Schmid uses a high-pressure water spray to remove dirt and build-up residue on an EA-6B Prowler during a 14-day aircraft wash in Southwest Asia, Sept. 25, 2012. The 14-day aircraft wash helps prevent corrosion build-up and can average up to four hours per aircraft. Schmid is assigned to the Marine Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron Three, deployed from the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., and a St. Louis native.
