Army Reserve Sgt. Lora Bush, a phlebotomist for the 7250 Medical Support Unit, Army Reserve Medical Command, conducts a blood draw on a cadet clearing the Soldier Readiness Processing site for the 2021 Cadet Summer Training on Monday, July 12. The SRP site is a part of the ARMEDCOM medical support offered annually to the Fort Knox, Ky. training exercise, and ensures cadets are medically safe to train in the exercise and ready for commissioning. The CST is the largest annual training exercise executed by the U.S. Army, graduating almost 10,000 Cadets from Advanced Camp or Basic Camp each summer. More than 250 ARMEDCOM Soldiers have provided support to the exercise, including medics, physicians, x-ray technicians, pharmacy technicians and lab technicians.
