U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Brandi Smith, from Murray, Ky., is served camel meat during a traditional Arabic dinner at a Qatar general's beach home on Nov. 26. "It looks like chicken and I am going to try it," said Smith, who had never tried the Gulf State's extraordinary dinner. Over 100 service members were invited for a day of rest and relaxation; activities included water sports and all-terrain vehicle rides through the sand dunes.
