U.S. Army Solider attending the Basic Leader Course at The Noncommissioned Officer Academy Hawaii receives feedback on his briefing skills for his Public Speaking Assessment from his Instructor, Staff Sgt. Stefanie Sherrod. The BLC Students are given instructions on how to present important information to an audience in a short amount of time. Their ability to do so shows whether or not they need to improve their communication skills. Leaders have to communicate effectively and one way to test this is during this assessment.
