TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (June 17, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Marines, assigned to 7th Engineering Support Battalion (ESB), drill holes for anchor bolts to support the placement of fenders at the Tinian Harbor. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
