TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (May 25, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Marines, assigned to 7th Engineering Support Battalion (ESB), place concrete at the Tinian Harbor. The concrete pads will allow for a level and clean surface to offload vessels once the pier is complete. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
