    NMCB-4 and 7th ESB lay concrete into mooring bollards

    TINIAN, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (May 24, 2021) Seabees, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, and Marines, assigned to 7th Engineering Support Battalion (ESB), place concrete for a mooring bollard foundation. The mooring bollard is being placed as part of project to repair and enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations. NMCB-4 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region, ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
