Dr. Amelia Flores, Guatemala Minister of Health, thanks U.S. Officials during a Humanitarian Assistance Freezer Donation Ceremony at Centro Nacional de Biologicos, Guatemala City, Guatemala on Jun. 29, 2021. A total of six freezers were donated by the U.S. Government during the ceremony, five purchased by U.S. Southern Command and one by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as part of the U.S. effort to assist the government of Guatemala’s ongoing COVID-19 vaccination program.
