The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Anzio (CG 68) approaches the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Patuxent (T-AO-201) while the Colombian navy frigate ARC Antioquia (FM 53) and the Mexican navy patrol boat ARM Independencia (PO-163) are underway alongside Patuxent during a practice replenishment at sea exercise for UNITAS Atlantic 2012. UNITAS is an annual multinational exercise that involves naval forces from 13 partner nations to promote interoperability and cooperation with each other and is hosted by the U.S. 4th Fleet.
