Tech. Sgt. Adam Scott, a member of the 224th Air Defense Group at EADS, made a point during round table discussions at the New York Air National Guard’s TIME (Technical Sergeants Involved in Mentoring Enlisted Airmen) conference on Friday, June 25. Held at the Innovare Advancement Center, located at Griffiss International Airport in Rome, N.Y., the TIME conference was attended by 81 technical sergeants from all five New York ANG wings and the Eastern Air Defense Sector. The conference provided lessons and small-group discussions on leadership, professional management skills, resiliency, and mentorship.
