210616-N-SK929-1003 SANTA RITA, Guam (Jun. 16, 2021) A Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Det. Guam is awarded the Expeditionary Warfare Specialist (EXW) qualification during a pinning ceremony on a project site at Naval Base Guam Munitions Site. The pinning of the EXW insignia is the culmination of months of hard work and a notable milestone in the career of a Seabee. NMCB 11 Det. Guam is forward-deployed to execute construction, humanitarian assistance, theater security cooperation, and support Major Combat Operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet areas of operation.
