Military members by the hundreds set off on a two-mile run to mark the third annual Run for the Fallen event, Sept. 15, at Williams Stadium. The occasion, which drew roughly 2,500 people, serves to honor those killed during the wars in Southwest Asia, help wounded veterans and the families of those killed and to aid the healing process for those Americans whose lives have been affected by the war.
