Coast Guardsmen from the Boston-based 270-foot Coast Guard Cutter Escanaba navigate along side the cutter in a response boat in the Atlantic Ocean Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012. The crew aboard the Escanaba is participating in UNITAS, which is designed to train each naval force in a variety of maritime scenarios with each operating as a component of a multinational force providing the maximum opportunity to improve interoperability.
