U.S. Army Soldiers with 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group approach a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk during Tradewinds 2021, Air Station London, Co-operative Republic of Guyana, June 20. U.S. U.S. Army Soldiers with Florida Army National Guard’s Bravo Company, 1st Assault Helicopter Battalion, 185th Aviation Brigade provided aerial support to Special Forces during para ops training for members of the Guyana Defence Force, Brazilian Marine Corps, Belize Coast Guard, and other participating allied representatives. Tradewinds 2021 is a U.S. Southern Command sponsored Caribbean security-focused exercise in the ground, air, sea, and cyber domains, working with partner nations to conduct joint, combined, and interagency training focused on increasing regional cooperation and stability.
