U.S. Ambassador to the Co-operative Republic of Guyana Sarah-Ann Lynch joined other media members for a tour of the international training exercise. Ambassador Lynch had the opportunity to meet with troops on the ground and witness some of the events firsthand. Tradewinds 2021 is a U.S. Southern Command sponsored Caribbean security-focused exercise in the ground, air, sea, and cyber domains, working with partner nations to conduct joint, combined, and interagency training focused on increasing regional cooperation and stability.
