U.S. Army Soldier Staff Sgt. Julio Llanga, a combat medic with the 2-54th Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB), instructs members of the Dominican Republic Special Forces on emergency medical procedures during Tradewinds 2021, Camp Stephenson, Guyana, June 17.
