Ghierry Haugebout, arrange ammunition and explosives for demolition Sept. 17, 2012, at a Djiboutian demolition range. The three-day partner training allowed U.S. and French service members to share ordnance disposal best practices – a first-time for Haugebout. “Today … was an excellent experience because … we can see and [learn] the differences between French and American EODs, learning different techniques,” said Haugebout.
