An MV-22B Osprey with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 165, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, carries a cement block to simulate weighted cargo during an external lift exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., Sept. 19. VMM-165 air crews as well as Marines with Combat Logistics Battalion 1, 1st Marine Logistic Group trained to ensure similar operations run smoothly in a combat zone.
